Shipping policy

DPF Parts Direct.com has two U.S.-based warehouses - east and west coast - to provide fast ground coverage shipping.

We use a variety of shipping services including UPS and FedEx, in addition to freight carriers for larger items. Available shipping methods will be listed in the shipping section of the checkout process. If you do not see an option you are interested in please give us a call and we will see if it can be accommodated.

NOTE: Shipping lead times are calculated once an order has been fulfilled, not when the order is placed. If you are unsure when an order will ship please give us a call and we will provide you an estimate.

TURNAROUND: DPF Parts Direct.com typically ships items out same-day or next business day for orders placed by noon PST. For any items found to be out of stock, the customer will be notified promptly and a full refund will be issued.
